Purchase and Return Policy: We require payment in full prior to shipping any product (tape, DVD, magazine, etc.) which you may purchase from us from time to time. Acceptable payment methods are cheque, MasterCard, or Visa. We will obtain authorizations on credit cards or wait for all cheques to clear our bank prior to shipping product. While we consciously endeavour to ensure that what you indend to purchase is in fact what you receive, we are NOT responsible if after receipt the segment or article you were looking for is not included in the tape, DVD or magazine you ordered from us. Our return policy applies only to damaged product that cannot be viewed or read. We will replace (at no cost to the original purchaser only, including postage) damaged product with an identical product only (no substitutions permitted), and require the the original product be returned to us (at purchasers expense) for verification of damage. Due to the simplicity of copying materials, we do not offer any refunds. 10.
